Shipping

Hoodie orders within North America are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed and are delivered within 4-10 business days. All other product orders (leggings, hats, pants, etc.) ship within 2-3 business days and are delivered within 8-12 business days.

Hoodie orders placed Internationally are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed and are delivered within 10-20 business days. All other product orders (leggings, hats, pants, etc.) ship within 2-3 business days and are delivered within 8-12 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

International customers are responsible for custom duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed at checkout.

Returns/Exchanges

We apologize that your item didn't work out.

Customers may request a refund, return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed. Products showing any sign of wear, wash or odor will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs and duty taxes.

We must receive and process your returned items before any refund or exchange is provided. It can take up to 10 days to fully process your return.

Refund and Exchange Options:

  • Your orders full value, excluding shipping and taxes, in store credit.
  • A refund to your original payment method, minus a 30% restocking fee, excluding shipping and taxes.
  • These options are not negotiable.

All Faulty, Incorrect or Missing Products:

We apologize for any product issues and strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, or if you did not receive an item, please review the options below.

We do not require you to return faulty or incorrect products if you can provide us images via email.

Options:

  • Reship your original order completely free.
  • Your orders full value, excluding shipping and taxes, in store credit.
  • A refund to your original payment method.

Returns Address:

All returned products must include proof of purchase and reason for return.  We require up to 10 days to process your return once received.
